Alchemy Artisan Roasted Pear Salad

The combination of sharp blue cheese, roasted pear and spiced pecans was inspired as well as inspiring.  The bite of the cheese complemented the sweet mildness of the pears, while the hot and sweet pecans accented the dish perfectly.  So Yummy!
