Alchemy Roasted Red Snapper

This was one of our favorite dishes of the night.  The chef used an Asian preparation style with this dish.  He incrusted the snapper in a sesame seed crust and marinated it in soy.  It was well seasoned and full of flavor.  It had a nice crunch to it as well as a surprising richness.
