Alchemy Carmalized Brussel Sprouts Smoked Bacon and Cream

This was one of the richest dishes we have ever had.  The cream sauce was so thick and rich that it gave the dish more of a pudding consistency then one would expect of a vegetable side.  If ordering this side, there is no reason to order another.  It was very tasty and delicious, just be prepared for its heaviness.
