Alchemy Brownies & Ice Cream with Irish Cream Sauce
This dessert was one of the best we have ever had. It literally brought tears to our eyes. The chef informed us that the Tahitian vanilla bean ice cream came from an ice creamery down the street. The ice cream was so light and airy that we struggled to tell the difference between the ice cream and the whipped cream. To really bring home how good this ice cream was, keep in mind that Angela does not even LIKE vanilla ice cream and she thought it was the best thing EVER! As though the dish needed anything else, the chef had the nerve to add Irish cream sauce and raspberry/peach Melba drops on the side of the plate and they were the most tasty droplets ever.
