Alchemy Pan Seared Salmon Brie

Sounds delicious right???  Not so much.  This dish was extremely disappointing.  The thought behind it was inspired but the execution was wanting.  While the brie did compliment the salmon, there was little flavor.  The problem was that the salmon was not seasoned before or during the cooking process.
