Alchemy Carmalized Advocado and Baby Greens Salad

This salad was sweet, fresh and earthy.  The cheese added a unique texture and bite to the dish.  Caramelized avocado created a nice and unexpected sugary crunch.  The tomatoes were unnecessary, taking away from the flavor instead of adding to it.  Overall it was delicious.
