Alchemy Tournedos Crab a Rooney

AKA....Twin beef tenderloins topped with colossal lump crab in a Bearnaise sauce.  This dish fell way short of its grand name.  The beef was cooked to perfection and topped with a generous portion of crab meat.  However, this dish too lacked flavor.  Again the chef seems to have a problem with properly seasoning each ingredient in the preparation of the dish.
