Ok, this is the perfect spot for couples, but not couples
that have just met and are on a first date. Those couples should stay away,
because after consuming food THAT good, there’s only one thing to follow it up
with, IF you know what I mean (just kidding…maybe). Fellows, I would think of
it as the perfect spot to make a proposal, indecent or otherwise. This would be
a great, “this is where “IT” happened and thus we visit it every year on our
anniversary spots.” Can you tell I loved this spot?! This restaurant is owned
by a husband and wife team. And if the way they run a restaurant is any
indication, they are a heck of a team, which should make for a heck of a
marriage. Oh, Oh, Oh, and the music they played… WOW! Old School R&B (I’m
talking Gladys Knight), Jazz and the low down dirty
Blues. It was the perfect complement to the décor, warm oranges with paintings
in vibrant blues, reds, browns, and greens, and dim lighting that serves more
to warm the place up further than to make it too dim to see. As you can see,
dining here involves the entire experience, not just the meal. I get the
feeling that nothing they do is by accident. Nothing is too much and nothing is
too little, from the food to the décor to the music. I give this restaurant ♪♪♪♪, only because I can’t
give it more.
