Meet 27 Vegetable Fritters

Imagine a ball of firmly packed minced vegetables to include eggplant, cauliflower, potato and spinach dipped in a chick pea batter, then deep fried.  It was served with tamarind and mint sauces.   The texture could definitely be off putting; if you could over come that, the flavor was pretty tasty.  The mint sauce was a good compliment to the fritters.
