One of the things I like most about Thai food is that the Thai really know how to treat a duck. They truly put a hurting on it. This dish was no exception. The duck was cooked to perfection, light, rich, slightly gamey and tender. The natural sweetness of the duck was enhanced by the chef's use of pineapple and tamarind sauce. The dish was also graced with the presence of onions, bell peppers, carrots, snow peas and fresh chili. I was truly happy with this dish.
