Thai Arroy Hoy-Ob (AKA Mussels)

These gigantic crustacean were so plump and tender.  The mussels had the perfect amount of heat/spice and the Thai Basil enhanced the natural sweetness of the mussels.   The earthen bowl the dish was served in made for a very nice presentation.  The herbs used gave this dish floral notes.
