Republic Noodle THE MISSING

We would like to dedicate this post to all the uneaten food that we ordered only to find out it was unavailable to us for one reason or other. Let us take a moment to list the reasons why. First, there was the Wild Caught Tuna Tartar Duo, a lofty title for a dish that, according to our waitress should not even be on the menu because the fish comes directly from Japanese seas fresh each day, but they are no longer taking shipments as they cannot be sure that it is not radioactive... oh dear. Second, there were the Southern Thai style wings we ordered that never came out, and which we didn't even bother to remind them about, as the chili dusted side of fries were sold out. Lastly, there was the Mango Creme Brulee, which eluded us as the last one was sold to the table across from us. On our way out the door we shared our sadness about the Creme Brulee with a young mother whose child impressed us with his well behaved presence throughout our meal (unlike the child who tried to kill Melissa with the screen).
