Sascha's Seared Tuna

If you love rare Ahi Tuna you will so love this dish.  Even the accompaniments were perfect for this dish.  The soba noodle maki was fabulous.  The maki was reminiscent of spring; the light fresh spring onions added herbaciousness.  The thinly sliced tuna was seared to perfection and perfectly complimented by the wasabi and soy sauce.  OMG!!!
