Sascha's Cheese Plate

We are two serious cheese lovers.  When we saw our favorite cheese we had to try it.  Anytime we see it on the menu we know we have to order it.  The chef included Pit Basque which is a flavorful and punchy sheep's milk cheese.  They also included Saint-Andre which is a cows milk Brie.  This brie was smooth, light and delicious.  Last but certainly not least is our all time favorite Roaring 40's blue cheese.  If you like a strong vibrant kick you will love this cheese.  It is the most bold blue cheese we have ever meet.  If you are not a fan of blue cheese please stay far away from it because you just might consider it offensive.   The chef added delicious fresh fruit that perfectly complimented the cheese selections.
