Meet 27 Chicken Satay

The chicken was perfectly grilled, moist and tender.  It was coated in a mild yellow curry.  We wish the chicken had more flavor.  The peanut garlic sauce was fabulous, however a dish should not rely on sauce (as this one did) to make it fabulous.
