Meet 27 House Salad with Pan Seared Salmon

We have to admit that the salmon in this salad was seared to perfection.  The edges of the fish were crispy and the center was tender and moist.  This dish has a great amount of crunch and flavor.  The salad contained gala apples, cucumbers and orange segments.  The greens were a mixture of arugula and mixed field greens.  The citrus vinaigrette was a good compliment to the dish.
