Sascha's Short Rib of Beef

Chared to perfection, these ribs were slightly crispy on the outside and so tender on the inside you could cut them with your fork.  Graced with aromatic flavors reminding us of cinnamon and cloves, this beef was divine.  Paired with a parsnip potato puree and vanilla bean black pepper oil, this dish insane.  What a wonderful blend of savory and sweet.
