Sascha's Shrimp and Grits

We have had a lot of shrimp and grits in our time, however this took it to a whole new level!  These grits were so light and fluffy, they actually appeared to be whipped.  They were blessed with a hearty portion of Parmesan and Andouille sausage.  The crispy onions added a wonderful crunch and the siracha aioli provided the right amount of spice.  The huge shrimp were blackened to perfection.
