The lamb chops were marinated with rosemary and cinnamon and served with mint yogurt pesto over basil and herb mashed potatoes. I love lamb chops! However, one must be very careful of the cut of chops one uses. A less sinewy and fatty cut of lamb would have been preferred here. Despite all the yummy herbs listed above, my chops lacked flavor and salt. The mashed potatoes were very tasty and seemed to be flavored with coconut milk.
